Zumba - when participants see a Zumba class in action, they
can't wait to give it a try!
Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin
and international beats. Before participants know it, they are
getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There is no other
fitness class like Zumba Fitness-Party. It's easy to do, effective
and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community
among returning students.
The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and
slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and
sculpt your body whilst burning fat. Add some latin flavour
and international zest into the mix and you have got a Zumba
class!
You don't need a partner, you just need enthusiasm and together
we will have a great workout!
All classes cost just £5 and you can pay as you go.....no need
to book block sessions! A discount card is also available at £45
which gives you 10 classes. That is just £4.50 per class or 1 for
free!
