RESULT OF BALLOT
The proposal submitted by Phaedra Denman received the highest
number of votes with 81% of shareholder votes returned by close of
poll (noon on Saturday 31 July 2010).
Turnout = 85.5%
Phaedra Denman will therefore be offered the tenancy of the
field and barn, subject to the agreement of tenancy terms between
Phaedra Denman and Middle Street Land Limited.
