purchase update
Dear villagers of Brockham
As promised, this is where we will post updates relating
to the purchase of the field and barn adjacent to Middle
Street.
Good News: The vendor has now confirmed
vacant possession, which was a contractual obligation, we now
await the completion of the legal process prior to
exchange.
Unfortunately the speed of exchange rests with the legal
advisors, but the Directors are hoping to have some positive news
very soon. As soon as any relevant news is available, we will
pass it on without delay.

patience).
