Steam Train Passes Through Brockham
Steam trains are a regular visitor to the parish and can often
be seen on the Guildford to Redhill line.
The most frequent visitor is Merchant Navy class locomotive No
35028 Clan Line operated by VSOE. Built in 1948 she remained in
British Rail service until 1967, after a major rebuild she returned
to service in late 2006 and is owned by the Merchant Navy
Preservation Society.
